Reengineering should be understood as "the new thinking and fundamental redesign of the operational and administrative processes of the organizational structure of any organization, oriented towards the essential competencies of the globalized world in the current context, to achieve improvements in organizational performance". The above is what is required at the Toluca Training and Updating Campus, because currently with the organizational structure proposed in the Organization Manual of the Universidad Mexiquense de Seguridad it is not possible to support the operational and administrative processes, much less achieve the fulfillment of its objectives, mission and vision.
