Autorenporträt
Victor is a lecturer and a Senior Tutor in Entrepreneurship for the Takoradi Polytechnic and Centre for Continuing Education, University of Cape Coast (UCC) in Ghana. He holds an M.Phil in Development Studies from the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Development Studies at IDS,UCC in Ghana.
