The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of CIS in improving the quality of health care by providing clinical task support to medical workers. Data will be collected from mainly health workers working regional referral hospitals in Uganda whose populace is estimated to be 9000 and 383 will be sampled and given questionnaires.
