This book focuses on how organizations recruit electronically using websites, social medias, and commercial job portals. The application level of these methods in the Ethiopian Banking Industry is assessed, and the level of adoption of e-recruitment methods, the advantages and disadvantages of adoption of e-recruitment methods, the challenges and prospects in the adoption are identified. The book is written based on the findings of a study conducted in the Ethiopian Banking Industry that comprises 18 commercial banks. Different kinds of literature related to e-recruitment were reviewed and included in the book.
