The purpose of this book was to investigate the adoption of ERP tool used by employees within an organization. In achieving this task, the authors embarked on a qualitative case study in a manufacturing organization based in Växjö, Sweden. Multiple in-depth interviews were carried out with fifteen key employees that utilized an ERP system provided by SAP for daily operation within the organization. Innovation adoption today is in a new phase looking from an employee's attitudinal and perception towards an acceptance of a given ERP tool at disposal.
