The current advances in brinjal production technology have demonstrated that improved practices have great potential for increasing the brinjal production. Therefore, raising the efficiency of the growers is essential for getting desired profit from the brinjal cultivation. Understanding that, none of the detailed study has yet carried in this regards, so present study was undertaken. Findings available from this study was useful to immense importance for planners, extension workers, administrators, teachers and students of extension education who are directly or indirectly engaged with the development of improved technology of brinjal cultivation. For the students and academicians it will serve as a guideline who wants to work on the same direction.
