Various treatment modalities have been postulated for the treatment of this resistant disease, in which corticosteroids being the gold standard with a lot of promising outcome but most of them have associated side-effects, which necessitates their judicious use.Therefore the present study is presented with an objective to highlight and discuss about various treatment protocols available currently and the use of Non- invasive, no adverse effect modalities which regulates Immune response and decrease the burden of disease in a population, Henceforth the present publication is with an objective to manage Symptomatic Oral Lichen Planus using Low Level laser Therapy and Omega-3 Fatty acid Supplementation.
