The book deals with examination of the validity of the simple, non iterative equations for predicting mixed light hydrocarbons adsorption equilibria. The approach involves calculating the adsorption isotherm for a pure gas and then using it to determine the mixed gas adsorption isotherm. The following items are also studied: The equilibrium adsorption isotherm of pure methane and pure ethane, as well as methane, ethane, and propane mixtures on 4A molecular sieve zeolite, the equilibrium adsorption isotherm of propane, n-butane, and i-butane mixtures on 5A molecular sieve zeolite, the…mehr
