A professional Class-1 truck driver for over a decade, Stephen Monk has long been fascinated with sleep and humans' ability to manage it. More than that, he has personally experienced hypnagogic dreams for more than four decades and has experienced altered REM cycle timing. He's studied how the mind works and has received a diploma in hypnotherapy and continues to study the mind from multiple disciplines.
