Mary L. Kahl holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Indiana University, USA. A former Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Penn State University, USA, she taught courses in political communication, rhetorical criticism, and women's discourse for four decades before to retiring to Cape Cod.
