In the present era scarcity of the land is one of the major issues and the living scenario is approaching at height along with the standard of living. To make the structure safe, it should be designed seismic as well as wind proof. But the main thing is the mass of the structure which is participated in the direction of seismic forces should be counteracting with the external system. The main approach in this work is to provide a lateral load supporting system to provide enough stability to resist under earthquake. Such systems are moment resisting frames, shear wall frames, outrigger system, belt supported system. Apart from this, outrigger and wall belt supported system as well as truss belt supported system is the main part of the theme. Staad pro software is used in this work to model the 7 different cases and to compare them to select the most efficient model case that can be used as stability enhancement of general multistoried building under Earthquake Zone number IV. Keywords: Earthquake forces, Efficient case, Story drift, Outrigger and Shear core, Staad Pro, Response spectrum method, Wall Belt system, Truss Belt system.
