This book is beneficial for companies and Institutions or individuals who are interested to take in-depth knowledge for Emerging Transistors like FinFet Transistors, Fully Depleted SOI Transistors, Ultra-thin body and buried oxide (UTBB) FD SOI Transistors, Tunnel Gate Field-Effect Transistors. A brief study of the architecture and investigation of the mentioned transistors will be carried out in accordance with different technological nodes following the International Road Map.In this book firstly, we will do analytical modeling for their figure of merits (ON-currents and OFF-currents, Threshold voltage, mobility, Capacitances). Considering their figure of merits, we will move towards leakage currents and delay of transistors. These delays and leakage currents of single transistors will help us in the calculation of propagation delay and power losses of a Flip-flop, which is the basic goal of our work. Analytical Modelings is done in MATLAB, and estimation of performance for each node of the transistor is done in a tool made by Politecnico di Torino. Transmission gates are described in detail in this book .

He studied his Bachelor in Electrical Power Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Abbottabad (CIIT), He becomes graduated in a Master's in Microelectronics and Nanosystem Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
