Rajdeep Chowdhury, PhD, was an eminent academician, trend-setting author, and award-winning poet. He had more than 12 years of working experience in academics. His research areas included cryptography, data warehouse, data mining, network security, etc. He authored and presented more than 90 research papers in international and national journals and conferences and also authored/edited many books. He was very active in the organization of more than 120 international conferences and was on the editorial boards of over 30 international journals. Dr. Chowdhury¿s articles, poems, and stories have been widely anthologized in more than 60 anthologies, e-zines, and periodicals, both in India and abroad. Dr. Chowdhury received many prestigious awards for his work. S. K. Niranjan, PhD, is Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications at JSS Science and Technology University (formerly Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering), Mysuru, Karnataka, India. He has more than 30 years of experience in both industry and teaching. He has published more than 60 technical papers in books, journals, and conference proceedings and has been invited as general chair and technical program committee chair for many national and international conferences conducted in India and abroad. Dr. Niranjan has been an editor for many national and international journals and conference proceedings and is actively involved in many professional organizations. His professional interests are in image processing, pattern recognition, software engineering, business analytic, business intelligence, cloud computing, etc.
