The Structured Design of a Reconfigurable Control Process
"Engineering design is a broad domain that encompasses a wide range of activities whose final aim is to determine all attributes of a product before it is manufactured, whether the product be a consumer good or a machine tool that is used to manufacture products.
In summary, Advances in Design covers the results of years of research, both fundamental and applied, in the area of advanced design and is a balanced and informative body of knowledge. The variety of topics covered by the book helps ensure that it will have areas of interest for people working in the area of design, be they from an academic or industrial background."
