Dr. Prashant Kesharwani an assistant professor of pharmaceutics in the School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India. An overarching goal of his current research is the development of nano-engineered drug delivery systems for various diseases with a focus on dendrimer-based drug delivery systems. He has numerous publications in respected international journals and books and has presented invited talks and presentations at international conferences. He is a recipient of many research grants from various funding bodies. He is also a receipt of several internationally acclaimed awards viz. the most prestigious "Ramanujan fellowship award" from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India. He actively participates in outreach and scientific dissemination for the service of the wider community. His Number of citations are more than >13000 with h-index of 61 (According to google scholar). Dr. Virendra Gajbhiye has been working in the field of nanomedicine since last 16 years. He has a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in pharmaceutical science with post-doctoral research experience at University of Wisconsin-Maddison and Oregon State University. Since 2013 he is working as a Scientist in Nanomedicine at Agharkar Research Institute, Pune, India. He has worked extensively with polymeric nanoparticles specially dendrimers. His research interest lies in Nanomedicine, Targeted drug and siRNA delivery, Biomedical application of dendrimers, Biomaterials unimolecular micelles and imaging, Multifunctional polymeric nanoparticles, Nanoparticles in tissue engineering. His Number of citations are more than >3500 with h-index of 31 (According to google scholar).
