Kai-Chun Chan holds an LL.M. from VU University Amsterdam. He fulfilled the Master's programme Transnational Legal Studies (TLS) focused on the core principles of European and international law, the role of law in a globalizing world and the challenges that it raises to our traditional ideas of sovereignty and democracy.
