Dr. Anu Mankotia erwarb einen Master-Abschluss in Geschichte an der Universität von Jammu und promovierte anschließend an der gleichen Universität. Sie hielt viele Vorträge auf nationalen und internationalen Seminaren über das politische Leben in Jammu und Kaschmir.
