e.b. bonenfant has been interested in the ancient Maya for many years and has researched their history extensively. Eleanor has an abiding interest in the cosmic questions about life, death, and time that preoccupied the Maya. She has two pet cats and lives in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario where she enjoys a career in church music and teaching. This is her first novel.
