Aeration is one of the important processes employed in activated sludge process of the biological treatment units of wastewater. I am a postdoctoral fellow at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. I did my PhD from IISc in area of Environmental Fluid Mechanics with a focus on wastewater aeration systems. I am broadly interested in application of fluid mechanics principles in various environmental engineering problems.
