The author was born in Awassa,Ethiopia, in the southern parts of Ethiopia. He graduated from Awassa University, Master of Science in Plant Breeding in 2008. He worked at Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research/ Jimma Agricultural Research center as Associate Researcher Horticultural crops.
