This work is an information regarding the effects of upper limb plyo-play training versus lower limb plyo-play training on aerobic fitness in school boys of age 10-13 years.Due to increasing sedentary lifestyles, indoor activities, loads of homework children have reduced their physical activity and these new training concepts is an eye opener which when included in regular physical activity classes can improve the aerobic fitness levels in school children.
