It was assumed that motivation is one of the most influential factors in education. For adults, it was possible to see that affection, commitment and solidarity are key factors for learning to take place. I have a degree in Pedagogy from Unicamp and two postgraduate degrees in education. I have been a nursery school teacher in the Campinas municipal network since 2009 and for three years I have worked in school management as a substitute. My research focuses on affectivity in relationships between adults in schools.
