In the mean streets of Milwaukee, a.k.a. Killwaukee, everybody has a legal or illegal hustle. It's no different for Fame, a thorough hit-man, and his beautiful drug-dealing love interest at the moment, Promiss. The secret lives of these two young lovers threatens the one they hope to build together, as well as Danny Boy's, a young jack boy whose a member of a violent gang of goons with a love for taking that almighty dollar from wherever and whoever has it.
