The objective of this study was to establish a relationship between; Aflatoxins B1 induced Pathological changes with feed Aflatoxins level and Tissue/Organ Aflatoxins levels. The study was completed in two phases. In Phase one a toxic fungus was cultured in the laboratory and Aflatoxins were produced on rice. Aflatoxins contents of rice were analyzed and quantified. In phase two quantified Aflatoxins were mixed in experimental feed and two type of aflatoxicosis, acute and chronic were induced in broiler chicks. In phase two quantified Aflatoxins were mixed in experimental feed and two type of aflatoxicosis, acute and chronic were induced in broiler chicks. In acute aflatoxicosis, three trials were conducted at the age of 7, 21, 35 days by high doses of AFB1 (1600, 3200, 6400 µg/kg) in feed for one week. In chronic aflatoxicosis low doses (50, 100, 200, 400, 800 µg /kg) AFB1 were given for four weeks. Different parameter like, grass, clinical pathology, histopathology, tissue aflatoxins levels were studied in detail.
