Question under debate in Africa is whether aid is "part of the solution" or "part of the problem". As world enters an area of withdrawal and of each one for oneself, aid will be scarce and there is a need of the emergence of other generation of more engaged African researcher who, in addition of identifying the stakes and challenges to be addressed, has the audacity to holding leaders accountable.
