The mining industry is a key sector for the development of the African continent. However, despite Africa's strong mining potential, the exploitation of these resources is faced with a number of difficulties that hinder their full contribution to integrated and inclusive development. To remedy this paradox and to complement and support all the initiatives already launched, notably by African authorities, we propose in this thesis to capitalize on an innovative solution successfully carried out by the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and OCP S.A in Morocco. This involves the creation of an African mining technology transfer platform (AMT2PA), which includes the Benguerir Experimental Mine Living Lab sub-program. This "Open Innovation" platform concerns, in addition to all the processes of the mine life cycle with a vision of sustainable development, all the dominant mining substances locally and regionally via six programs.
