We contend that there can be a successful scholarly publication juxtaposing a permeable boundary between academic discussion and policy dialogue. To one's surprise, the peculiarity of this presentation is that one can demonstrate research discussions along with papers of pinpointing policy options.

Eyob Asfaw Gemechu is Lecturer at Addis Ababa University (AAU). He earned MA degree in Federal Studies in 2012 from AAU. Among other his scholarly engagement, he had published and presented on various Academic Conferences on Africa, Peace and Security, Governance, Democracy and Identity.
