Dr. Mercy U. Chukwuedo was born in Ndiama-Ulakwo, Owerri North L.G.A. of Imo State in Nigeria. She is married to Rev. Canon Ifeanyi G. Chukwuedo from Orumba South L.G.A. of Anambra State. Mercy holds a PhD in Religion and specializes in New Testament. She is a lecturer at Trinity Theological College Umuahia, Abia State.
