This book addresses in a comprehensive way the difficulties faced by developing countries, especially those in West Africa. In this book I address on the one hand the handicaps of development related to the flight of human resources to more developed countries, the problems related to a good development strategy, difficulties related to bad governance, corruption, nepotism, illegal immigration of young people, the decline in the level of education and insecurity in Africa especially in sub-Saharan Africa. On the other hand, we analyze the underdevelopment of Africa under an economic angle through the question of the indebtedness of Africa "how to solve the problem of the external debt of Africa"? This last question is our greatest concern as a development economist. These broad outlines discussed above are the seed that has grown the ideas germinated throughout this book.
