Tobias Winright is professor of moral theology at Saint Patrick's Pontifical University, Maynooth, Ireland, and he is an associate member of the Las Casas Institute for Social Justice, Blackfriars Hall, Oxford. Previous academic appointments include Saint Louis University (2005-2022), Walsh University (2003-2005), and Simpson College (1998-2003). His most recent publications are Serve and Protect: Selected Essays on Just Policing (Cascade, 2020) and the T&T Clark Handbook of Christian Ethics (2021).
