Amanda is a second-generation Italo-Canadian who grew up in a family very much connected to their Italian culture, with multiple dialects, a variety of regional cuisines, and lots of big Italian parties! She lives with her toddler, husband, and not-so-colorful cat in her 1960s dream home outside of Montreal.
