Baumert, JürgenProf. Dr. Jürgen Baumert ist Direktor Emeritus am Max-Planck-Institut für Bildungsforschung (MPIB), Berlin sowie Honorarprofessor für Erziehungswissenschaft an der Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind: Individuelle Entwicklung in institutionellen Kontexten, Lehren und Lernen sowie pädagogische Professionalität.

Heinze, AisoProf. Dr. Aiso Heinze ist Direktor am Leibniz Institut für die Pädagogik der Naturwissenschaften und Mathematik und Professor für Didaktik der Mathematik an der Universität Kiel. Seine Forschungsgebiete betreffen das Lehren und Lernen von Mathematik in verschiedenen Altersgruppen (vom Kindergarten bis zur Hochschule), die Lehrerbildung im Fach Mathematik sowie das Bildungsmonitoring (u. a. PISA).

Zander, LysannNach ihrem Studium der Psychologie an der Humboldt Universität Berlin wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin des Arbeitsbereichs Schul- und Unterrichtsforschung (Prof. Dr. Bettina Hannover) am Fachbereich Erziehungswissenschaft und Psychologie der Freien Universität Berlin. Promotion 2010 und Habilitation (Psychologie) 2015 an der Freien Universität Berlin. Seit 2018 Professorin für Empirische Bildungsforschung an der Leibniz Universität Hannover. Sie erforscht die Entstehung und Bedeutung sozialer (Lern-)Netzwerke von Schülerinnen und Schülern, die Rolle von Geschlechts- und Herkunftsstereotypen auf die schulische Entwicklung und Möglichkeiten der Förderung von Frauen in MINT-Fächern (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft und Technik).
