Jamin R. M. Masinde holds Ph.D. in Sociology (Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India); M.A. and BA in Sociology (University of Nairobi). He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Moi University, Kenya. He researches on Gerontology, Community Development, Rural Development and Globalization Studies.
