The analysis of the internal consistency of the 3D-WS-19 indicated adequate values (Cronbach's alpha=.83). Overall, the results of this research are promising in terms of understanding and gerontological intervention in relation to the assessment of wisdom in the Portuguese adult population.

Raquel Gonçalves Has a degree in Gerontological Social Education, a master's degree in Social Gerontology (IPVC), a postgraduate degree in Quality Management (IPCA) and is studying for a PhD in Social Sciences, specializing in Social Policy (ISCSP - ULisboa). She has been a lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo since 2011 and has several publications in the field of ageing.
