Truxillo is Professor at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, Ireland and Professor Emeritus at the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at Portland State University. He is Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science. Franco Fraccaroli is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Trento University, Italy.
