Frederick Holscher, PhD, is a visiting professor at various business schools, and Adjunct Faculty at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. He is editor of Diamonds in the Dust and contributing author of Inspiring Leadership and Development is for People. Colin Williams is Professor of Practice and Adjunct Faculty at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
