Tristan Boutros and Jennifer Cardella use an enterprise portfolio perspective to create an understanding of the nature and value of agile oriented thinking and a culture of continuous improvement. Alongside an explanation of the key processes and tools, the text includes sample learning materials such as getting started instructions, practical guides and real world examples.
