They have comparative analyses of the process in the current year and have updated their practice. In the book the authors talk about the effectiveness of criminal proceedings, especially about the insimplified or simplified forms of criminal proceedings and their influence on the rationalization and effectiveness of criminal proceedings. Special attention has been paid to the agreement on guilty plea as one of the most important institutions for rationalization and improvement of the effectiveness of criminal proceedings, but also one of the most important legal institutions in the fight against organized crime. In the work the comparative analysis of procedural solutions in comparative law is given.
