The author presently works at the Directorate of Wheat Research, Karnal, India. His area of interest includes technology policy, environmental economics, market outlook, price forecasting and growth modelling. He completed his Masters at S.V.Agricultural College, Tirupati and Doctorate at Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, India.
