The work is part of the Common Agricultural Policy in Europe after 2013 that Romania will have to undergo a series of changes including: promoting and encouraging cooperation and involvement in agriculture to stimulate the development of alternative economic activities such as organic farming, tourism environmental, development and promotion of local products labeled specialized human capital development such as collaboration and sharing of best practices with experts from other EU Member States.The purpose of this book is to present developments of rural cooperatives in European countries to analyze the evolving process and changes that took place within them, to what is currently defined social economy.
