She received her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Development from Kenyatta University, has a Masters degree in Agronomy from the University of Nairobi,Kenya and a BSc in Agriculture from Dalhausie University, Canada. She has authored a number of titles in Agriculture and Science for varyious levels.
