Dr. Lakshmi Dhar Hatai, Assistant Professor(Agricultural Economics), College of Home Science, Central Agricultural University, Tura, Meghalaya, India. He did his M.Sc.(Ag.) and Ph.D. both in Agril. Economics from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi respectively.
