As a Cuban American, Mahiette is deeply committed to fostering and developing multilingualism. She firmly believes that knowledge of a second or third language plays a vital role in shaping the younger generation's future and has the power to transform lives, communities, and countries.Through her book series, Mahiette seeks to cultivate a love of learning and unlock the joy of curiosity in children from an early age.
