Joana Vassilopoulou is a Professor in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and the Head of the Organisations and People Department at Brunel Business School, Brunel University of London, UK. Joana is a Co-Founder of the Centre for Inclusion at Work (CEFI). Olivia Kyriakidou is an Assistant Professor in Psychology and the Co-ordinator of the MS in Organizational Psychology at the American College of Greece.
