Dr.Shukralla is an assistant professor of economics at Siena College,in Loudonville,NY.He holds a Ph.D.in Applied Economics from Western Michigan University.He also has a B.Sc.and M.Sc. in economics from Addis Ababa University. Dr. Shukralläs research interests lie in the areas of capital flows,economic growth, and applied econometrics.
