O Sr. Khalid EL KHODRANI, doutor em direito, é professor na Sup de Co Ecole Supérieure de Commerce em Marrakech. Possui ainda um Diploma de Estudos Avançados em Direito Económico Internacional e Europeu e uma licenciatura em direito privado pela Faculdade de Ciências Jurídicas, Económicas e Sociais.
