R. Onur YAZICI received his B.Sc in CE from Gazi University, MBA from Atilim University and M.Sc. in CE from Middle East Technical University; all in Turkey. He has worked in large construction projects in Qatar,Turkey and Iraq. He is interested in demand forecasting,neural networks, investment decision making and forecasting human behaviour.
