Ashley Numbers started writing a journal throughout her daughters diagnosis and recovery of Severe Aplastic Anemia. She found that the writing helped her emotionally and thought it would be something for her daughter to look back on as well. As a mother, Ashley feared for her daughter's future with this horrible, rare disease. When she realizes how well her daughter's recovery was going, she wanted to inform others that even though there is darkness, it cannot stay dark forever. There is light at the end of the tunnel. There is hope. Ashley is a stay at home mom who currently resides in a small town, Bolivar, Ohio. She is happily married and has 2 beautiful children. Ashley's current mission is to spread awareness to her daughters rare disease, known as Aplastic Anemia and share her story with others who are facing the same predicament of uncertainty.
