Ludmila Baklanenko, Professora Associada, PhD desde 1998. O seu campo de interesses científicos é a tecnologia de engenharia, tecnologia de não resíduos, ciência dos materiais em engenharia. Actualmente trabalha como professora associada no Departamento de Engenharia e Educação Pedagógica na Universidade Pedagógica do Estado de Mozyr com o nome de I.P. Shamyakin.
