Abdulmutalib Raafat Sarhat wurde 1980 in Bagdad geboren. Er erwarb seinen Master-Abschluss in Umwelttechnik an der Abteilung für Wasserressourcenmanagement der Universität Adelaide, Australien. Er arbeitet jetzt als Dozent an der Universität von Garmian, Region Kurdistan, Irak.
